One of the most frustrating things about super early pregnancy is that the symptoms for pregnancy loss, period pain and normal uterine cramping are so similar that it’s practically impossible to tell the difference. Even a little bleeding in the beginning of pregnancy can be normal ( I had this with my now 2 year old).
