Hexer gives 1 faith 1 int and 10% casts TBH I like Saint's look better but the tassles can bug out and have a graphical glitch with the havok engine where they fly off into forever. Re-equiping fixes it. Only 10%? That is kind of useless, tbh. Maybe I'll grab the Black Hood or Witch Hat instead.
