This is one of the reasons my truck is torn apart right now. You can get the seal kit for about $60 from www.fixnrams.com. I would guess that this is probably where your problem lies. Chances are the leak is the seal between the vacuum pump and power steering pump. If this is the case, contact Pete Gould at fixinrams.com.
