WebIf you're looking for powerlifting, then there are plethora of routines/programs that work that. You can even do combinations that would bring your workouts to 5-6 days if it doesn't already. Same thing with Olympic lifts. You have a bunch of programs that can be modified (if not already so) to work 5-6 days. It depends on your goal.
