It should, almost instantly, start to reconstitute the glue. Hint: Less is more. Use very little amounts of water and do small parts at a time.
WebYou can get spray cans of it at local hardware stores but I would suggest ordering online as it’s way cheaper. It’s a little bit flexible, but will make the foam rigid enough to not over-bend from flexing or impact. As an added bonus, it will help keep paint from cracking.
