When overclocking Ivy-Bridge CPU's you have to go into the bios and find 2 things. 1) Intel Turbo boost. 2) Enhanced Turbo. To be honest I think you'll be fine, some chips my overclock the same with less voltage, it really depends on the binning process, two Core i5-3570K may share the name model number and what not but can behave quite differently … WebDec 11, 2016 · Your motherboard doesn't actually support multiplier unlocked overclocking as it uses the h61 chipset. Only z77 and p67 motherboards support full multiplier overclocking. At best you could get a 5% BLCK overclock. P67 boards are pretty cheap on ebay, but otherwise the BIOS quick boost should be ok for turbo (not an actual overclock)
